Positive: Very difficult to collect the keys as there was no reception desk

Great views Positive: Great location, clean and tidy room Negative: Only one lift which meant long waits on occasions, especially when carrying luggage. All rooms have self closing doors and adjoining rooms were coming and going at all hours. The doors slam shut ( and bang very loudly) which kept waking us up during the nights.

Happy with facilities and location. Positive: Great location, lovely view. Negative: The air conditioner doesn’t work/too small for apartment size. The unit wasn’t as clean as expected - dirty dishes in cupboard, fluff and food on/in fold out couch. Description and photos need updating. There is one bed in bedroom and one fold out couch (double) so not suitable for four people unless they are couples. Fold out needed two doonas under the sheet to make it comfortable enough for three night stay. Had to request sheets for fold out and carpark code - maybe questions could be asked to ascertain if needed in advance of arrival.
